– For better clarity and faster support, it is recommended that the video is recorded without interruptions, edits, or cuts.
– This process helps the NaadanCart team coordinate efficiently with delivery partners and review requests accurately.
4. Refunds
– Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
5. Replacements
– Replacement will be arranged based on availability.
– If replacement is not feasible, a suitable resolution (including refund) will be provided.
